Accommodation
It is excluded from the participation fee and is left to preference. Hotel Reservations belong to the participants. The following hotels are close to the convention center and are recommended.

● All registrations are finalized with payment. For the confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after making your payment.
Cancellation / Refund Conditions:
* All cancellation requests must be notified in writing to the Organizing Committee.
* For cancellation requests made before 15 June 2023, 50% of the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the transfer costs.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations after June 15.
